Positions

How we work

Three positions that shape every engagement.

Confidentiality

We don't publish client names, case studies or references.

The work involves administrator credentials, mailbox access, network documentation and, in recovery cases, the contents of failed storage. Clients grant that access on the understanding it stays private. A published client list tells an attacker exactly which companies hold which systems.

This extends to our own staff. No profiles, no personal branding. What you engage is the company, and the company is accountable.

If you want to know whether we've handled a situation like yours, ask on the phone. We'll tell you what we have and haven't done.

Vendor neutrality

We hold no reseller quotas, partner tiers or manufacturer targets.

That means recommendations follow the requirement rather than the supply agreement. We deploy Microsoft 365 and we deploy alternatives to it. We specify network hardware per site rather than per catalogue. For connectivity we use whichever Irish operator performs at the address, and satellite where none do.

The practical consequence: if the right answer is to keep what you have, that's what we'll tell you.

Response and escalation

We don't publish response times.

A single published figure is a marketing number. A manufacturer running production across three sites and a six-person practice need different commitments and different costs.

Response times are set in your service agreement, sized to your operation. The process doesn't vary: calls are answered and triaged directly, issues are escalated on defined criteria, and you're told what's happening while it's being resolved.

Evening, weekend and out-of-hours cover forms part of a service contract rather than an ad-hoc offering.

Onboarding

  1. Discovery

What you run, what it costs you when it stops, what's already in place.

  2. Audit

Documented review of systems, network, licensing and exposure.

  3. Findings

What's working, what's at risk, what we'd change and in what order.

  4. Agreement

Scope, coverage and response commitments in writing.

  5. Transition

Access, documentation and monitoring handed over in a controlled sequence.

Pricing

We don't publish prices.

Every engagement is priced on the building, the distance, the state of what's in place and what it has to do. A figure on a web page would be a guess you'd be entitled to hold us to.

Describe the requirement and we'll price it properly.

Talk to us.

Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll tell you what's involved.
