Common questions
Can we manage content ourselves?
Yes. That's the normal arrangement — we deploy and manage the infrastructure, you control the content.
What if a screen fails?
Monitoring alerts on failure, so you find out from us rather than from a customer.
Will consumer televisions work?
They will for a while. They're not rated for continuous operation and fail early — usually costing more overall.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes, with appropriate rating for brightness, temperature and ingress protection.
