What we collect

Only what you enter into an enquiry form: name, company, phone number, email address, location or Eircode, and the content of your message. The site sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses cookieless analytics that do not identify individuals.

Lawful basis

Enquiry data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and where a contract follows, on the basis of performance of that contract.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement, then deleted.

Third parties

Data is processed by our hosting provider, our analytics provider and our email provider, each acting on our instructions. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact info@wysdom.ie. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.
