Service 03
IT support
On-site and remote support for day-to-day IT and IS issues.
Support for the systems your business runs on: workstations, servers, networks, email, applications and the connections between them. Most issues are resolved remotely. Where they can't be, we attend on site.

Common questions
Do you support what we already run?
Generally yes. We're not tied to any platform, so migration isn't a precondition of support.
What's covered outside business hours?
Out-of-hours cover forms part of a service agreement rather than an ad-hoc service.
Can you work alongside an internal IT person?
Yes. Common arrangement — we cover depth, escalation and infrastructure.
How does on-site work outside Dublin?
We attend nationwide. Location is factored into the agreement.
