Which is best?

Depends entirely on the address and what it has to carry. That's the assessment.

Are you a reseller?

We arrange connectivity but hold no carrier quota, so we're not steering you to a particular network.

Can we get a backup line?

Yes, and it should use a different delivery method. Two circuits sharing infrastructure is not redundancy.

How fast can it be installed?

5G and satellite are days. Fibre depends on the carrier and whether construction is required.
